The hotel rooms were outstanding and modern, complete with a balcony and bathroom. the staff was incredibly friendly and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. the location is fantastic, as you can easily walk to a Catholic parish church.

Liked double room I booked, it was outstanding. A safe box, central heating, and coffee/tea makers were a nice touch.

The a double room is recently renovated and has central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. It has good, amazing setting, adjacent to Châtenois, near Selestat and vineyards. In fact, it's not very far from a current church, one of the tourist spots.

My room was newly remodeled and spacious, with a balcony that overlooked other guests. the staff were friendly and excellent. - I enjoyed the modern decorations in the room.

It is excellent venue in a favourable location in the middle of jackson, the services it offers are good.

I loved trying to find the hidden entrance, felt like I was on a treasure hunt. The constant restaurant noise really added to the "cozy" atmosphere, and I'm sure they enjoyed my TV shows too!

Just a small inconvenience, but it took a while to figure out how to access my room without anyone being there to help. A great way to keep guests on their toes!

We stayed at Auberge Le Meisenberg for one night while exploring the Alsace wine road. The tastefully restored Fachwerk house was a charming and cozy place to stay. The room for 3 was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with local fruits and products. The dinner in the lovely inner yard was also a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

We also enjoyed the view from our room of the picturesque neighborhood.

Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just me!
